Limited paypal---Buying help [$]

So my paypal got limited 2 months ago and i really want to use my alternative paypal adress back.

Note: if this is not right section, mod move it.

I have to unlimit my paypal account. I have to do left 3 steps:

Photo ID
Adress verfication
Bank account verfied (will do this step after you help me with 1 and 2)

A problem being at Photo ID, cuz i am only 16 years old.
You will have to give me a idential card ~on which have to be the date of born at least 1992.

Adress verfication... I will do it myself, if paypal solve a problem with Idential card. Will do it myself.

Bank account... This will be the last step and i will do it myself


REWARD;

If paypal become unlimited, you will be receive a reward. We will discuss about a reward, but it will be definatly worth helping me.

Willing to pay about 40$, maybe more i don't know prices...

 

Send the address verification and Bank ID and tell them your passport is at the borders getting renewed. They should unlimit it.

 

I have already gave them Idential card and they said i am not 18..

 

If you have showed them your not 18, your account will stay limited.

If you are lucky enough, they may allow you to withdraw the money to your bank account.

 

You can not ask someone for their passport, wait till you be 18 years old, but in our country you can get an indication card when you are 16 years old.

 

You can get a card when you arw 16 years old, but you need to be 18 before owning a paypal account

 

Specially if i wait 6 months will i get my money back?

 

Yes, they will send a cheque to your home address.

 

But some1 said i won't get a money back, because i made multiple paypal accounts...

Don't worry, they will give your Money back, just don't make any more accounts

 

I made about 4-6 paypal accounts and all became limited

 

Yea , you are most likely IP Flagged now, which means anytime you create a paypal, as soon as it makes a payment, they will limit it, so just avoid making anymore, and wait 6 months to recieve your money.
