Scammed over practically nothing

So I was going to pay someone to level my League account to 30 and this guy just changes the pass and blocks me off skype. Kind of stupid since it's just a level 20 account and I'm going to get it back but yeah.

How else can I prove it? They don't send any password change notification e-mails, but I can't reset my pass as he changed the email too. And now he's blocked me off skype, I think it's obvious what his intentions are.

 

can you please ban this asshat, he has my account and hes trying to sell it...

 

Email riot support you should be able to get it back. I'll deal with the matter.
