[gimp] Need Help Pentooling [gimp]

I need to know how to advance at pentooling in gimp, i made lines through charecter and everything, only stands at 1 color, BLACK. I need to know how to add like a neon color [white] or anything, please post on here, all the youtube videos are crap :laugh: i need help asap though


And any of you guys know how to get photoshop trial, everytime i try it, it dont work, please link me to the DOWNLOAD.

 

Um I just opened Gimp (can't believe I still have it installed), and I clicked the bursh thing, changed the color to the color I want, when to pen tool, made a line thing, stoked path, and it was red. I think if you want to do other stuff, you could go to blending options (should be named something like that) and click outer glow, pick your color and press okay.
