Imagin3 is a hacker/scammer

Edit: I've put together what I think is a large collection of screenshots showing this guy through multiple accounts and emails, can a mod get in touch with me so that I can present it in the best way possible?

I traded with this person yesterday, not knowing they had stolen the steam account, but upon contacting the original owner today, I realize that it has been stolen.
In this picture are conversations with him, and my proof. The videos on the account link to Nicking24, but when I asked about his youtube account he gave me Mitolustanio, later when asked about it, he didn't know what or who "nicking" was. After realizing he got outsmarted he admitted to it, I know that chat logs arent proof, but I've also been talking to the original owner and Imagin3 is the person who contacted me using that account.

If this is the case he has been scamming Sythe members for atleast a year!!

The paypal email he gave me was [email protected]
And the name listed under that paypal is Cláudio Faria
While this user did not have enough solid evidence for a ban http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1273704 http://i41.tinypic.com/2quptht.jpg He posted that screen shot, which within a reasonable assumption is the culprit in question.
