    I do not have conclusive evidence he is a scammer, BUT I have not told anyone my new password that I set when I swapped an account for his, and it has been hacked TWICE, and the recoveries also changed. He also edited a vouch of mine which I gave him, which makes him seem a lot better than he really is.
