Please Look / Valid Report / Not Disputing my ban

My ban is warranted, I was evading.

But if you could please ban the tool that stole 200M I would appreciate it.
All the mods seem so quick to jump on a ban evader, but stealing shouldn't be looked over.

Basically to sum up the video, he contacted me on MSN, I asked if he had Skype
then he added me on Skype, we discussed the trade, he said he would go get the card, I waited until he got back, he pm'd me, we met up, I traded him and he logged
