Locked account help

Alright, my friend recently gave me ad really nice account and i REALLY need help. I've sent appeals i think 3 times all of them were denied so far. Every time i need place were account was made and very first password. i have his last pass. I pretty much have all the info and i'd reallyl ike your help.

 

locked acc are hard to get back you may never see it again, sorry bud.
