not sure if i should post this here or just contact a mod directly about my concern but

i noticed joseph_1993 was unbanned allthough for some reason i cant go to his profile page to link it here but maybe one of his threads will work http://www.sythe.org/threads/joseph...lling-questing-cheap-fast-no-botting.1931178/

while he was banned he addmited to me that he recovered a bunch of accounts and kinda went on a scamming spree. email is in pic and matches his signature aswell (i know its him cause he has done services for me in the past aswell) just don't believe its moral for him to get banned for something he may or may not have done and then while hes banned scam a bunch of people and weather hes back to be legit or not once a scammer always a scammer and im sure he hasnt paid back the 1b+ he claims to have scammed. I believe at minimum a twc should be implimented

 

He's banned, that's what the line going through his name means.
