Is It Possible to Trace a LoL Skin Code?

Hey all. I thought I would make this post for my buddy who is in a bit of a predicament.

He was selling a Championship Riven code and got scammed in the process (long story). Is there a way he can trace the code to the guys account and potentially get it banned?

I've never dealt with skin trades before so I really don't know how it works. Is there any hope he can get his Riven back?

I once contacted Riot support to see where my Riot Points code was redeemed on because I bought it from PCgamesupply.com and it wasn't working. You could always try to ask Riot support. Although, I'm not sure if it would work for skin codes.

 

Don't know how riot would feel about you telling them you got scammed trying to sell a code.

 

No, mainly because they don't advocate selling skin codes, and will always remain impartial.

 

Not as far as i know. If your friend has the physical card with him, tell him to scan it and contact riot support for help/

 

^That, just remember to put your LoL name along with the code so theyll help you transfer to your acc I believe.
