ok here is my idea: if some 1 els selling account and it be recovered we should do a sticky thread there all recovered account is and if some 1 els mm they should check there first and see if name is there if it is there they raport them and they be banned again 30% help for ip changer seen many ppl change ip and coming and scamm with same account again.

 

It's being done already. Except people are too lazy to give the account name.

 

where is the thread+ they can get the name when they do trade.
