Banned for evading?

Please can someone explain what the hell is going on?

Apparently I am ban evading? I have only ever had 1 account on Sythe and if you see I have had a number of successful vouches without scamming anyone even up until the past week or so. There must be a mistake; if my account has logged into numerous locations, please note I have used Sythe at public places, including other family members.

Please look into this asap and I look forward to a speedy resolution.
