Paypal with Pre-Paid Credit Card with eBay?

I'm pretty sure this is the correct place to post this. If not, a Administrator/Moderator can move this for me.

I'm wondering if an unverified account on Paypal would be able to add in a Pre-Paid Credit Card to get cash inside the Paypal from the Pre-Paid Credit Card. Then am I able to buy stuff on eBay if I set up an account there?

Yes, I'm almost positive that it's possible to use a pre-paid credit card to add funds to your paypal account. However I would get an answer from another member on the site that's more experienced with paypal, as i have little experience with paypal myself.

Yes its possible, you must get the GREENDOT card. Make sure its GrEENDOT. It's 5$ to get it and you must add 20$+ to it when you buy. Should be in CVS, Walmart etc. if you live in america.

 

Ok, lets say where can I get it if I was in Canada? I'm wondering if Visa Pre-Paid Credit Card would work or Vanilla Mastercard?
