    should i bot? or will i probably get banned?

    I just want to get to 70 agility (57-70) and 60 mining haha

    If you do bot, and you haven't already received a 2 day ban, they'd probably issue one of those before a perm ban. I'd say go for it, just be mindful of your time botting. Don't bot 20 hours a day, doing the same thing 24/7, ect...

    and could you explain how a proxy works and how to get one?

    I would buy private scripts for both of them. Just so its even less likely to get banned. Proxies allow you to have a different IP. You'd most likely have to buy one, unless you wanted to use a free one
