I'm banned wrongly, please look.

I'm Calyahz on Sythe, I used to do fire capes on Sythe. But lately I've been inactive for a long time, due to some major real life problems. Which means I got banned cause I couldn't offer the service to a certain person who had paid for it. I really couldn't do much about it, and I'll be glad to still offer the service or provide a refund. I already posted an appeal before, but no-one looked at it.
