Im banned for pc problems?

Well this past 2 weeks my comp was hacked. My defender pro anti virus protection ran out so my comp was vulnerable. Ive been hanging with my cousins on summer vacation and when i get back i log onto there pc and see that im banned and my msn is hacked? Im sorry for whoever did this 2 get me banned and if theres any ways i can pay u back. Please admins read this and please unban me kid_hybrid21
