What can I do now?

Title says main purpose of this thread. Got banned unfairly back on July 2007 for Hijacking/Gaining items via scammed account. NEVER did that nor talked about things like that in-game. They got no evidence. First appeal got denied and on May 2009 I re-appealed and it still got denied with the same damn message from them.



I've got tons of account but this one was my favorite one (initiate pker), has great stats along with 70m+ made by merching bolt racks back in the W2 fally garden days.

I've tried;
- 2 times: Account review (when you could ask for a review about that offense)
- 3 times: Contacting billing support
- 4 times: Contacting Jagex Parent's support

Still got decent answer by contacting billing support and parent's support, thoses answers were sounding the same, around ''we can't do anything for you as you commited the offense'' and the best one was ''I've looked your account another time and the offense will still remain''. Now my last answer from parent's support was telling me that any other letters I'd send about this account would be ignored or so.

~ Gameplay has never been the same since I've lost it, I'm checking the account status everytime before I log in Runescape on my other account.

I've figured out 3 other ways I could try to have my account back;

- Sending a letter to their office concerning my unfair ban
- Calling their company (even though my first language is french)
- Asking a Pmod to ask a Jmod to verify carefully the account again

If you know any other ways I could do, I would be very happy to hear them.

You should try calling them, or sending them a letter of unhappiness. You should seriously try saying customer support has made a mistake, or say somebody was in control of your account. Just say one of your brothers was on your account when you were asleep and he hijacked peoples items or whatever.

 

Yeah well I don't know their phone number and even though I'm able to contact them I'm not sure if it'll be Jagex or Runescape that I'll contact.

I always used customer support error since it's the very true one but I don't know if I'll act like my brother was playing on the account because I'm sure I didn't commit it and by saying that someone else did, it means that my account really did hijacking...

yeah don't make stories up when you didn't even commit the offense, unless someone could have taken possession of your account and did the offenses?
I'd just tell the truth or else it could get more complicated than it has to.

 

don't lie bout it just send them an irl letter.

 

I believe you should be able to View the evidence that jagex has...

Try looking at that, and if it wasn't you, then send an appeal saying so.



Also might be good to wait a month. One time my account was locked for over a year and then they randomly accepted my appeal. Jagex seems to be more forgiving if some time goes by.
