Can't find a certain thread...

First, I don't know what would be the proper forum for this type of thread. Maybe someone could let me know, thx.

I just found the answer to this question. Sry...Second, I saw a thread a while back that listed RS accounts that had been recovered, and were therefor unsafe to buy. Could somebody please direct me to that thread? I tried looking myself but was unable to find what if probably right under my nose.
