Donations In-Game

Instead of having something like Jagex has with membership and such, offer items, but in order to get these items, one must pay via real money to recieve them.

Example: 1000 Sythe Stars - The Devil's Whip

1000 Sythe Stars - 100$

Therefore, the whip would be an ownage weapon.

 

Yeah but wouldn't that give an unfair advantage to people who have RL money and just want to get the best wep in the game? I think there should be something like, based on your stats there is a different special weapon that you can use so we can still keep a Pking triangle sort of thing lol. And to get this wep you need to be maxed out in your primary skill and gain sythe stars which could be gained through higher level quests or dungeons and(or)paying a donation in RL money, any suggestions?

 

Thats not really fair though, those who have money to spend
would become way more powerful than those who cant. It would just
lead to a couple of really high power people dominating over everyone else.

I think cash items should be items that are just for looks.

 

WTF . Brilliant idea but do u think ppl will pay money to look good. Of course they will. K , I think it's really brilliant idea. But I think like any game if it succeeded , there will be cheating , botting , gold farming........etc. So I think member and free will do better.

Party Hats = Items just for looks, and man they do look good lol.

Bunny Ears/Scythe/Etc. = Non tradeable items, just for looks, big selling points when tradding an account.

 

we should not put items like party hats and stuff because jagex already has em copyrighted that could put sythe at loss if jagex files a lawsuit
