Explanation of the trade: User added me on Skype (mistajamuk) and wanted to proceed with the trade of a 12 Month Xbox Live GOLD Membership. I went first since I am a new member (fair). My codes are purchased from a reputable wholesaler at the time of trade. I sent a code to the user. The user claimed the code was already redeemed. I then sent the user another code, and he also claimed the the code was used.

How they scammed: Claimed the first code didn't work. Sent another code and claimed that didn't work, either.
