Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: In the pictures below you can see Seth has his own infernal thread whilst also working for RS Phoenix, Viking and Chicks as infernal caper

It seems like the caper does in fact have access/conversations with the customer, this is not oursourcing.

 

Please provide proof where Seth has replied to any of these tickets. And please stop making alts to spam tickets. It’s quite annoying

 

Further to that, even if Seth had replied regarding specifically the infernal cape (inventory, setup, etc) that's not a problem

The only part we'd have an issue with is, collecting payment which the Server admin/managers should be doing and not the caper.

No wrong doing here again, stop hiding behind an alt and witch hunting; it's getting boring now.
