I'm an idiot and tried to frame someone

Explanation of the trade: Cherub was acting as Middleman for a sale. A high end rush royale account that was agreed upon a sale for $3000
How they scammed: Cherub is supposed to be a trusted middleman on here. He was contacted by the buyer of my account. We went through all of the normal steps of him securing the account out of my hands but then he claimed someone else had access to my account. I tried to log in my account to make sure i didnt have it linked anywhere else but cherub was busy playing pvp matches on it, which he admits. I find that highly unprofessional. I contacted the original owner, who has never logged on the account once since I bought it and asked for his help. He didn't respond for 2 days. During this time, cherub left the clan i was in, removed all friends and has now sold the account on epicnpc. He refused to give the account back to me for the last 3 days while trying to sell it, claiming he needed to hear from the buyer before he could give it back, even though the buyer made it perfectly clear that he wasn't buying it on the 1st day. The account is now in some new users hands and i have no recourse to get it back.
