l2bweb scammed me = also ban evading.

My paypal is almost certainly going to get limited now. 5 charge backs already.

Reason why i created this thread is to find out why hes banned as i would like to take a picture of the report posted against him and put it in my defence of him scamming others.

While i was doing my research, I found he has an unbanned user runnung around not banned yet. If you type the paypal he scammed me with in google, his power bot emails come up. If you type those power bot emails in google, his account which is unbanned comes up on sythe.

Before you post, will you please tell me why hes banned already? I would appreciate the link for it as ive tried looking for it and cant find it.
