Forfunrunescape Charge back/scammer

i told him i had work and i even asked him via msn it ok to get 15 agilty for barb fishing so i got that also

picture of fishing lvled up and 1-15 agilty (would of been contined after work and if he asked for a refund (id just kept the 4$ since i doen work and he only paid half.

since i was still able to have acess to the account and it had supplys and 800k cash i have taken them off until this has been sorted before the effort and time spent doing this wasnt for free if he goes and gives the $4 back ill put all the stuff back on the account till then its wiped (has like 1m in items/cash)
