I'm not sure what to say. I agree that I pulled a bit of a dick move, but not only do mostof these community avengers not know the full story, I didnt actually break A rule...
My op clearly states to pm me, which is legal as the rule states no posting, and I did not encourage that act.
I'm only worried that I won't be allowed to participate in the connect 4 tourney....

I'm about sure this won't go anywhere, but I did already apologize to blind. I do not like him and I believed he deserved it, but the post I reported was just coincidentally in my thread. The other one I reported in a different thread didn't go anywhere

This is completely correct - you technically haven't done anything wrong.

However, you clearly reported the post Blindkilla made in an attempt at retribution, seeing as you had some childish argument with him and then dug up the post he had made. The reason that your ban will remain is because you were clearly aware that Blindkilla had breached our policy on Warez but did not decide to report; instead, you left it and then sought to dig it up in order to have him punished after he annoyed you.

I have no problem with reports being made when individuals have broken the rules, but I will not tolerate reports being made simply to spite other users because of a personal argument you have had with them. That you did not immediately report the post demonstrates clearly that you knew it had been made and yet chose not to report it right away.

As a lesson for your arrogance and spite for others, I have elected to uphold the ban Karl gave you - reports should not be made to spite others, but when a rule has been broken or a policy breached. Unfortunately for you, you ignored the initial offence and then dug it back up to spite Blindkilla. Whilst Blindkilla should have known better, so should have you.

Im within full agreement with Finn, the most annoying part is that Blindkilla was helping you, and you just reported him, despite you requesting it.
