Several names orient around the word Training (I Need Training3366, Th3 13ast of Training, Pro Bot Trainer, I Da Traina).

Cannot find threads linked to any ban reasons and most of them were active one after another so it seems serial ban evasion is the reason for most of his bans.

But the images are broken. However seeing as it's a report composed of 2 images and 2 images only, with no text/etc, i'm guessing it was a vader report.
