Last Ban Dispute

Hello.

I am here to dispute a ban on my Sythe account 'Cuz' as I believe I have been wrongly penalized for a crime that I did not commit. 

I logged in a few days ago to see that I'd been banned for scamming. The ban was to be lifted on the 24th of February 2011. I thought this was a bit weird as:

- I hadn't completed a single trade the day prior to this.
- I thought scamming was a permanent ban.

I made a dispute here as I did not know why I had been banned:

After this I searched through the 'Report a Scammer' archives and I came across this thread:

I had talked to this user several times about purchasing my account, however a deal fell through as he kept changing his offers. I don't understand why I was banned when it's clearly not me talking to this user on this report. The report was denied due to this, yet I was still banned.

Any kind of response would be appreciated.

It appears as though you've banned me because the user took a screen shot of my MSN address? As I've already said, I was talking to the user. You should know this already because he had posted on my thread. The picture that he provided with MY MSN address doesn't even have the same display name as the imposter's who's conversation he pictured. It may be the same concept but they aren't the same.

This will be my final dispute as I wouldn't particularly want to be part of a community where I'm banned for something that I haven't done.
