Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
They added me on skype wanting to buy an account I was selling, we agreed on a price and he asked me to find an OMM, so I did and went to fill out the application, asked him what his sythe name was but he didn't answer quickly so I googled his skype name and found that he use to be "WeakStomach" who was banned for scamming 300 CAD. When I mentioned what I had found he quickly blocked me on skype.

Even before I realised he was ban evading this kid came across as a pushy fuckhead, hopefully this is enough proof to get him banned again.

I do not, in hindsight should have asked for that at the start of the converstaion, normally leave it until we agree on a deal and such though.

A bit of digging though and I found this, which looks like pretty strong proof to me. He's selling the same account on both accounts:

Edit: After posting this he has edited his second sale add and put in a different stat picture, for an account which would only be 72 combat.

 

Clearly the same account just leveled a tad bit. Banned, thanks for the report.
