To clarify based on Kitty's report, the advertised account was also advertised on CK. Next the account was never sold by Neopharoah, instead by JayWin. And lasty if you ask the MM to confirm who interacted within the account sale of the Neopet account "Starfirerobin55" the MM should be able to confirm everyone involved within the situation.

I'm reporting Rainbowdog for providing false information to potential buyers I never accused him or her to actually scam me, although it would have been if I did buy the account. The reason I say that is because he/she would not have provided me with the account I was expecting to buy, a secured one, thus being a scam.
