    and while i'm at it XSafire's ban is bullshit and always has been. he got permab& for linking a google search of the sythe leaks in a post. he didnt link the actual leak. and then his pardon got denied. twice. well that was nearly 2 years ago so we lost a solid member for good.

    as much as i think alma mater is a royal faggot who got molested by a distant relative, i dont think that trolling (the level he was doing) is a permanently bannable offence. yes, it was in bad taste that he went against staff and kept acting immature but there is an ignore button for a reason. just because you find someone annoying doesnt mean you can throw around the banhammer willy nilly.

    This is how it works here at Sythe.org:
    Users will be given infractions when rules are broken.
    A user who receives 5 infractions will receive a temporary 3 day ban
    A user who receives 7 infractions will receive a temporary 7 day ban.
    Infractions expire after 2 months.
    Users are permanently banned after multiple temporary bans when necessary.
    Users issued a final warning will be permanently banned after any further infractions.

    seems he was banned according to the rules.
