As title says. I am looking for a VPN for 07 staking.

If you are aware of how the pid system works with 07, then you will know what I am talking about. Unlike regular RuneScape, the pid system works via log-in. However, in 07, it works via your I.P. address.

I use a VPN, however, it seems there are a ton of people who have a better VPN or changed their IP and have pid over me, more than I would think. I can't change my I.P. address with my ISP provider, so it has to be a VPN. Please don't say, "Hey, I can change your IP for you if you pay me." cause it won't work.

I am looking for a VPN that has the following IP address.

example: xxx.xxx.32.0 or xxx.xxx.0.0

Basically, the IP address needs to have an interval of "8" for the third row, and the lowest number possible for the last set, preferably "0." I would say 1-5, but honestly, I am pretty sure if all the people who have first hit over the VPN I am using now, their IP addresses are probably all ending in "0." The first two sets DO NOT matter.

Please 'post' or 'pm' with any information. I want a VPN that is unsaturated, but I am open-minded as long as it's still a good VPN. I am not sure how there are so many people who have first hit over the VPN I am using now, so either they all are able to change their IP with their ISP provider, or there's a VPN that most of the stakers are using.

Lastly, for the VPN hosts' interested in this offer... I don't know if it's possible to create your own IP for your VPN, or how you obtain your specific IP addresses. So, I guess you can just check all your I.P. addresses with your VPN and see if there's one that meets these reqs, which is very unlikely as it's uncommon to have an interval of 8 for your third set as it is, let alone the number "0" for your last set. If someone has "1," I might be interested, maybe even 1-5, just contact me and we can discuss.

With that being said, hopefully there's some VPN that everyone is using and I can just jump on the bandwagon.
