Training mage on pure

So I have been informed that cursing dummys no longer works (Is this true?) so what is a way for me to raise mage to 55 in f2p without getting much hp xp?

 

Migth cost more in f2p but not alot use Water staff and earth rune for Curse, wear full iron u must be -65Mage attack and cast on Skelly in edge

use curse with armour/range armour on, i usually go down in varrok sewers but u can do anywhere with a barrier between you and the monsters
