If someone refunds a paypal payment, can it get reclaimed back?

Hey guys i tried searching google, but could not find an answer. Someone that I have bought gold from before is wanting to refund the paypal payment, and have me re-send it to another paypal becuase his got limited. I just dont want him to refund it, and then me send the money to another paypal, and then him reverse the refund, as i would be out $300. Any help is appreciated.

 

if he press the refund button next to the payment you should be fine, because paypal will see that the money has been refunded therefore it cant be done as an unclaimed or whatever but i still dont think you should do it because his paypal got limited and wasn't your fault

 

i dont believe this is possible, but i am also wondering myself now

i am going to contact paypal and get back with you with a for sure answer
