    Well Internet went out for awhile and decided to make this. C&C Also would be nice. I only have default brushes and what not on photoshop right now so considering that rate it.

    I wouldn't use it, wallpapers are going to be looked at all day and the colors screw with your eyes. If you looked at it long enough you would get one serious headache.
