knows anyone that's been banned for breaking the rules of one of these "signature roulettes" please post here, because it's unwarranted. EG: if someone didn't put the image in their sig and was banned for it, they don't deserve the ban.

Generally it's more based on trust. You trust them to give you the truthful numbers, they trust you to use their sig. As long as nobody cheats, who cares.
