If i have new recovs,can some1 access my acc with other info?

My account is locked as a Imposter got my details.When it it back i heard it will put recovs straight onto the account.Are recovs the most important part,and if they put in old pass'es ect,would they get the pass?

Just wondering because if they can't,im selling the acc with the recovs on(i tell the guy them),as he trusts me.

 

If you've changed it to new recoveries, then most likely he can't use the old ones to recover it back, unless he has other info such as membs.
