What if my user/pass were

When I went to type the pass i typed

Than I went back and backspaced all the letters leaving me with runescape.

me get haxed?

 

Depends on how complex of a logger it was.

 

It would show up as -
llruslmndeklsocpolkajpe[Backspace][Backspace][Backspace] (however many times you went back).

They would have no idea where you went back unless you used arrow keys or something.

yeah it wouldn't be too hard to decipher this backspace thing. You're certainly making it harder but I'm sure it would be worth spending 5 mins to get to your password..

use a virtual keyboard or better yet: remove the keylogger lol

 

A keylogger can see whatever you type as it is a Program that monitors infected Computer's keystrokes, meaning anything you type the person on the otherside is able to see.

Definitely use the onscreen keyboard until you know for a fact that it is gone. You should definitely prioritize getting rid of it.

 

Agreed. Or you could just get a REALLY good virus scanner. Usually malwarebytes or AVG works fine.
