should I get 99prayer or 99 herblore of double xp weekend?

I really need some help deciding because this is a tough Runescape problem i am having! lolplease tell me which one you think i should get and why it would be best.

 

I would get 99 prayer if you have access to turmoil, herblore if not

 

Um, good luck with either. Prayer bonus' don't stack with altar and ectofuntus bonus and pots and herbs are already sky-rocketing.

No. This has been the case for every bonus exp weekend since the dawn of time.

Current herb level?

 

Pray isn't beneficial in double xp as it doesn't stack with the altar.
Do herb, but get it high as you can now so you can make the best pots for the 2.7x.

It's assumed they meant 2.7X but they did in fact say double so I would suggest browsing through the RSOF to see if a JMod has cleared that question up. As for what you should choose, I would suggest Herb but buy your herbs, pots (unf), herbs, etc now before they go through the roof.

No one knows, from the Newsletter it seems to be a straight 2x multiplier the whole weekend, which is new, so it may stack with guilded altars, or maybe even will give 2x summ as well. Nothing has been confirmed so all people who are saying things are only based off of past weekends.

They said they were going to stop the weekends, now this one comes back. It could be completely different, no one knows except for those at JaGeX.

 

You should also plant your best tree and check that immediately in x2 weekend, will get a lot of tough farming experience. Also I've sifted through the first 24 pages of the x2 discussion page and there were no J mods responding there, perhaps venture for an answer after those pages?

Originally they said that. But, less than 2 months later a mod said that there were in fact going to be more bonus xp weekends.

 

It's just a dead giveaway to them when they see the dramatic increase in players completing solo dungeons in my opinion. Majikfreak, thanks for clearing that up, but guys keep your eyes pealed just to be doubly safe. I'm going to bot via RID as its never let me down before, either that or I'll sit that one out just to be safe.

 

I thought that double exp doesn't affect dung tokens?

Its 100% Herblore and Summoning for me
