PhotonVPS - Please Help

    PhotonVPS - Please Help
    Okay ive used this for about 2 months now, i never had problems and I paid them when I was due

    I tried to check out my vps this morning and I get "connection timed out"

    I tried getting getting on PUTTY and restarting my VCServer but I got connection timed out again

    I tried contacting them via online support but they said please leave a message with your email which I did waited a couple hours yet no reply

    please help

    Theres a sticky designated to vps related problems.

    Have you tried rebooting the vps on the photon website?
