So what happened for you to report this user?
Chodelz wanted to buy my PAX TF skin that I had for sale. He refused to go first, so I went first. He then approved that the code worked and then said that he has sent the Paypal money. He stated it will arrive between 1-10minutes. Obvious scam, and then he removed me from Skype.

As you can see, the $210 that he said he will pay has not came through or was not sent at all.
