Mudkiepz is a scammer

Well it goes a bit like this;
He PMed me saying he was interested in a pin, first we are talking for about 30 minutes/a hour and then i give him a pin.
He doesn't responds for 20 minutes and ever that he comes back claiming something about his dog running off etc, i quickly used my pin on my own account when he was away, he starts apoligizing and shit so i say it's ok.
Then i call for another pin and give it, he uses the pin and asks for a world, i say one and he logs into the wrong one and then logs out and says he's going to mine but "Stupid Jagex'" is makign his client loading for like 30 mins, i keep asking stuff but after a while he doesn't responds and goes offline.
