Ideas for a Scavenger Hunt

Considering I'm going to Japan for 10 months in March, a friend and I are organising a scavenger hunt in Brisbane city / Australia, and we need ideas for what to do.

We want a mixture of daring, conservative, vague, obvious, abnormal and embarrassing ideas, as well as a mixture of photos and physical items as proof of the deeds. There is also absolutely no limitation on how far each group goes to achieve each goal, however that is at the discretion of the group.
