    Advice?

    I have just recovered my first ever RS account after being banned for 9 years,

    Only problem is i dont have access to the email address anymore i believe hotmail has deleted it
    because i didnt use it anymore, I have tried creating the same Email address but hotmail doesn't do ".com" email addresses no more.. Therefore i have no way of changing the password/Securing the account..

    Does anyone have any advice/help they could give me on this situation?

    don't think u need access to the email anymore if u can get on the acc, just make another n verify the email w that

    I do, Because it says there's a registered Email address and i can see it stars that its my old email address :/

    surprised it says the considering u just got the acc back, I guess u should send a msg/another appeal unless u can get the e-mail made again and then jagex will send the 'same' email another verification.

    I've managed to make the same email address but i keep requesting a email to change the password but there not sending me the email. just going to give up soon lol

    Advice?

    I was in a similar situation where gmail banned an email i had linked to an RS account, I would get in touch with support, find a way to prove you own the account and they will let you change the registered email address. For me one time they actually just changed it for me without much proof at all?? another time (this happened twice) they had me verify the card number i used to purchase membership with. Hope this helps, good luck on getting your account back

    Advice?

    Contact either Jagex and inform them of your problem or contact hotmail and ask if there’s anyway you could reactivate your old email. Been in your spot before and it sucks, best of luck.
