How to get to arandar????

Could someone tell me how to get to arandar? People said I need to do regicide.. some say i can go through the underground passage.. I just became a member and found a clue scroll. It says I need to go to arandar but idk wtf How to get there. Please help me!!!!. I already did underground passage quest but idk how to get to arandar please... this is getting really annoying.

Once you've done Underground Pass and started Regicide you can go there. It's through the pass.

 

Well, I didn't do the quest myself. I bought the account. It it already started the regicide but when I went there they said I need a pass.. idk what pass
