Why the fuck do so many people accidentally alch their Fire cape?

I mean I hear it so often. I don't know how you do that so many times... It seems like a 1 in a million chance that it happens but why does it happen to so many people?

 

some people have it in their inventory when they are alching and mis click then they alch it :O

 

Why would you put it in your inventory while alching?

 

I think it's stupid when I hear it. Why not just bank it when you alch, or surround the alching object with junk so incase you misclick you don't click on something like a firecape. It's just stupidity.

I'd be soo pissed if i did that. My firecape i got with Luck imo... had 11hp no brews!

 

Dunno, I bank everything when I alch though incase of misclicks. I don't see why others don't.

It usually happens with a particular auto alcher LOL
It sometimes starts removing a few armour peices you wear & alchs them...
Alot of people also use this excuse for not having a Fire Cape...
Along with doing this for fun or to make this into a video on youtube & post it there to "yea.."

I've alched one, purposely, on an account to ensure I'd quit playing. A year later I started back up .

 

Well i know this sounds stupid but i once did a firecape on my main for fun

I got 8 d stones from the tokkul and alched the cape.

I think it ended up totaling to around 450k, so yea

However unless your talking to an idiot it's just an excuse for not visiting my firecaping shop

 

Hah! That usually is true. My friend irl once alched his whip =S He alched it though because he'd been playing non-stop for 12 hours+ :laugh:

 

When I first started playing. I alched my Purple party hat-.-

 

I heard of a few people doing it... kind of sad. But I laugh at them, 38k profit for the 500k in fight caves

Yea, that and alching whips. lol. They're just trying to impress people to show how retarded they are. I read it all the time on runescape about that happening.

This guy I met in f2p said he alched his "Dagon Chain Mail".

I had a big conversation with him lol, he went on about how he killed a lvl 129 in wild with a Dagon Chain Mail. To shorten it up, he tried too hard to impress people lol.

 

You get 36k anyway, so not all is at loss!
