Reporting Scammer Rekke purple_element

Long story short

We was talking about e-book and how rekke going to help me with everything to setup etc for 25m, he was replying me 100 times within 2 minutes but now after i paid him the money, hes hardly replying with 1 message every couple days and absolutely useless not even trying to help me out.he doesnt even care anymore. i spend around 100m 07 for all this setup to try and start sucessfull gold farming [guide,scripts,accounts,client,paid for service etc.] because rekke before purchase promised tons of stuff that i can earn the money back within a day if i fail he happly refund me and the story from him + every my questions i asked got answered as a perfection for me ,so following the guide and everything, i spent couple of days and 100m 07 to get stuff ready i used [proxy's ever account 1. and other stuff as i got explained before in guide,and by rekke himself.]

The funniest thing i got banned within 6 hours but rekke was promising that they stay for atleast 1 week.with the script rekke suggested, i followed strongly the instructions and guide itself,[didnt do anything on jagex working hours ,monitored everything etc...]

so as this is big money i asked if rekke would refund me the money for e-book in-case if i fail,because im new to this.

All i want is a refund from him for e-book as he promised in-case if i fail because this book and rekke himself not helped me as promised and im down 100m i have no more resources to continue this.

 

Can you show the end of the chat where he has not been responding please?

 

thats it got ignored most of the times but he was online on osbot and sythe and etc + didnt reply messages but sent [skype mass about his 40% discount of e-book]

this is our past 3-4 days conversation as u see he didnt reply and no help at all completly ignoring me.i have more messages where he ignoring me this is only from past days the only time he responded to me was today after i posted scamm report against him everything in pics.

Aright, so looking at the screenies, it seems this is over a 2 day period, totaling roughly 29 hours, correct?

 

looks like it is ,the point is i had to wait a lot of time after i purchased, for rekke to help me with setup,which he still didnt help ,and im extremaly new to this and my english skills isnt that good at all i even offered to pay him more money if he could spare me some time to help with the setup.

It's reasonable for someone to not be available for 29 hours due to school, work, etc. Recommendations from other people aren't considered in this instance. Had it been longer, I would be in support of him refunding you; however, not enough time had elapsed in my eyes, so I do not believe he owes you a refund. I'm going to gather another opinion first, though.

and this happend following details etc i did fail and the results are horrible ,i wouldnt even ask for a refund or anything i even promised to pay him more money just for free if i can atleast earn my money back i invested,also i offered him to pay more if he woulda spare me little time for helping to setup all this ,but he promised all this for free but still.
[he didnt help me].

 

My decision stands.
