Scammed by 2 o 6

So I decided to buy 20M via Paypal with 2 o 6. I sent him the money, file claimed and cancelled, then he said he needed to go. He told me he had to trade with me at 4AM in the morning next day, but I couldnt. So I suggested to him to send the money to a lvl 3 account and give me the account details. He agreed with it. However, I have still not received an account or mils, and tried pming and msning 2 o 6, but no answer yet. Here are the screenies:
