How they scammed: I bought 107m osrs gold for 79.18$ and I already sent the money then he blocked me on discord and wouldn't answer on sythe either

For clarification, went to check funds, and noticed they where on hold, went to look into why and saw there was a dispute against the transaction.

Closed the sale thread said sold pending paypal dispute.

He's more then welcome to show this evidence to the paypal team, and they will deny his dispute.

If they approve his dispute no harm, if/when when his dispute is declined, I will be giving him the gold.

 

I notice he also deleted 6 minutes of him saying in discord how if I give him the gold, he will give me half the money instead of nothing, and us talking in-game saying how he knows the admins here and I'm getting banned.

Anyway... ban me if you really want to, as far as I'm aware with this absolute tool of a guy, I'll let paypal view the evidence I've already submitted them, it's 2am here and I can't be bothered to submit further evidence here aswell.


TLDR: Kid tried to scam and it backfired on him, depending on how his dispute goes will dictate if he gets gold or not.

He tried to threaten me saying I may aswell just give him the money and he will give me half the money as he's getting his money back either way.

He's a stupid kid trying to play the system and get free shit.

When it gets declined will be more then happy to give him gold.

You're off my discord, I have no chat with you, the relevant information has been passed onto paypal and you're more then welcome to try to fight them.

 

The funds weren't available to you because you made a brand new paypal account without verifying it in hopes of a quick scam hit and run but because it was new and I sent it as goods/service the payment is on hold for both of us the goods were delivered first, there was no dispute until after I knew you werent paying me or refunding me It's not to late to refund me, I closed the thread of me buying because you scammed all the $ i had and have to charge it back now you can't just hold my money hostage without paying 07 either just because your paypals not verified you paid me no 07 so refund me through the dispute then we're all good here

Ask any single seller here, who would give you gold, while you have a payment pending/hold.

No sorry, not giving into a stupid scammer paypal can do their investigation and the outcome of that will dictate what happens next.

Can ban me if you want, but no one has been scammed as of yet, just his attempt to.

Well for one, it's a business account, as it's linked to me RL business, and to my knowledge if I refund him I'll still incur a paypal fee. correct me if wrong.

And secondly, it's more about making a point here, go to trade the kid, and notice he has disputed it.

As per paypal policy, I'm not supposed to ship until payment is received, his payment was on hold, hence why I said to him, I can refund and we will try again, and then when I looked into it, he had disputed it hence the hold.

Paypal litterally specifically says in the order "Payment is on hold, do not ship until payment is cleared"


Anyway, keep the stupid do not trade banner on me, ban me, I'm not the kind of person to give in to a stupid scammer.

Will he get his gold? definitely, once paypal dispute has ended in my favour, if it ends in his favour then oh well, he gets his money back.

Either way, I'd rather make the scamming kid wait, it's no skin off my back, I have nothing I need to sell here until I win big on the poker next time.

I've already said no, this can wait until paypal dispute has finished and I'll see which direction that goes.

Paypal litterally says "DO NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED"

If paypal decides to refund him, the kid can wait a week for paypal to resolve the issue, as far as I'm concerned that's a week of him not trying to scam anyone.
