OSRS Quick Chat

What do you think of the Quick Chat that RS3 has being moved to OSRS? It hasn't happened and I
haven't seen any word of it, but I seen a very high level group of players talking about it. I personally
think that it would be a great idea to have in-game as long as they include a few seconds of time limit
in between each message so nobody can spam. It's a great way to have muted players have a small
way of communication with other players. A good example of where Quick Chat would be a good update
would be if you're looking for someone to boss with, you could just ask them on there. Perhaps if you
wanted to fight someone in PvP, you could just ask them on there.

I see alot of positives to it and I kind of wish it was in-game.
