Ice diamond blocker

Hello,

I need help completing desert treasure on my pure. I have 11 prayer so I know I will need a blocker for the ice diamond to get past the wolves.

How much would something like this take?

Also, I already aquired the blood diamond. How much would it cost to complete the other 3 diamonds. I have 99 strength, 94 mage, 93 range.
