    There's an issue that needs to be sorted of the admins assuming i'm also NANIGP

    • Supply us with the current email connected to your account:
    • If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that:
    • If you were hacked please include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected:

    this is my home ip from the previous issue with chuckle
    i have no idea as to what the email is - as it was connected to a password manager i cant get into anymore

    I've changed your email to the one you've requested and have sent you a password reset.

    I've also lifted your ban so you should be able to log in afterwards, your DNT will remain though and you will need to Request a Pardon if you'd like it removed.

    I've had a administrator change my password and email to an account after verifying i am the owner.

    the issue now is that the 2FA is attached to a phone i no longer own, can this please be reset

    I have disabled 2FA on your account, please be sure to re-enable it as soon as possible. You should also write down your backup code in case you lose access to your 2FA device.
